Aziz Khan, the visionary founder of Laham Store, is a dynamic entrepreneur who embarked on his journey at the young age of 19. A proud alumnus of the esteemed Hyderabad Public School, Begumpet, his early education laid the foundation for his future achievements. With a passion for quality and a deep appreciation for meat, he set out to transform the industry, aiming to redefine how meat is sourced, processed, and enjoyed.
For the past four years, He has dedicated himself to building Laham Store, overcoming various challenges along the way. Despite the hurdles, his steadfast determination and innovative mindset have kept him focused on his mission. The advisory board at Laham Store is strengthened by the valuable insights and expertise of Syed Bilal Alam, an Australian citizen with an impressive background in both engineering and public service. A graduate of Muffakham Jah College in Hyderabad, Syed Bilal Alam holds a degree in electronic engineering and brings years of experience to the table. Currently working for the Queensland State Government, his professional acumen in technology and governance greatly benefits Laham Store’s strategic direction. PROCUREMENT
At Laham Store, we have created a fair and just ecosystem for our partners by implementing fair pricing and timely payment practices. This encourages them to engage in ethical farming methods that result in chemical-free and preservative-free produce for our customers. Our animals are raised and grown in natural settings, and no antibiotics or growth hormones are administered to them. Additionally, we ensure that all our animals are transported in a humane manner.
We also provide home delivery service to the customers in Hyderabad, making it convenient for them to enjoy the fresh and high-quality meat and seafood products. Overall, Laham Store is dedicated to providing high-quality, fresh, and healthy meat and seafood options to its customers.
PROCESSING
At Laham Store, we adhere to strict WHO guidelines and stringent FSSAl quality standards to ensure the safety and quality of our products. Our store is completely sanitized to prevent the presence of flies or germs. Our trained butchers are screened every morning to ensure 100% safety and security for our customers. Additionally, we maintain a temperature of 0-4 degree Celsius of our chiller containers where the meat & seafood are stored after processing and right before it is out for delivery to ensure maximum freshness and safety of our products. We also clean our store with RO water, and fish and mutton are cut with food-grade knives to maintain the highest level of hygiene.

That's why we use Ice Gel Pad Technology to pack your order, which preserves the freshness and avoids the growth of microorganisms. The boxes are also designed to be sturdy and durable to protect the products during delivery. Additionally, We, at Laham Store use food-grade Vaccum seal materials & machinery to avoid any contamination of the products during packaging.
